Package 1: Full-Service Wedding Coordination
From start to finish, we’ll work with you to design and produce a wedding celebration that is unique and expresses who you are as a couple.
- Budget preparation and management
- Meetings with bride and key planning members including unlimited phone calls and e-mails
- Secure a great venue for wedding and reception
- Vendor research and recommendation according to your budget and interests, including contract negotiation
- Creation of a design concept
- Assist with design and ordering of wedding invitations (can include assembly)
- Assist with wedding attire selection
- Creative favors and gift selection
- Create and maintain a detailed wedding day timeline of events that will be distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants
- Work with all vendors to ensure services are provided according to contracts
- Direct and monitor rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Monthly checklists and payment reminders
- Assistance for out-of-town guests, including securing accommodations and transportation
- Organization of wedding day transportation
- Provide emergency kit
- Placement of personal items provided by client for ceremony and reception, including programs, place cards, favors, toasting goblets and cake server
- On site coordination with one coordinator and at least one assistant
- Gather all personal items and wedding gifts and load into the appointed vehicle
Package 2: Partial Wedding Coordination
This custom package is created for the bride who wants to plan most of the wedding herself but needs help getting started, or assistance during the planning process. The bride understands the importance of having a professional coordinator to finalize plans and to direct and manage the rehearsal and wedding day. Package 3: Wedding Weekend Coordination
This package is designed for the bride who has planned her own wedding but still wants to feel like a guest at her wedding.
